Each class consists of approximately 8 students, ensuring a focused and effective learning environment. Classes may be further divided into smaller groups at the teacher's discretion to enhance learning outcomes.

Do you offer trial classes?
Yes, trial classes are available at a fee of $50. This amount can be offset against the registration fee upon enrollment.

Are there class deposits?
No deposits are required. We believe in finding the best tutor for your child, rather than committing to an extra month if it’s not the right fit.
How do you monitor and support student development?
We prioritize each student’s individual learning needs by carefully assessing their strengths and areas for improvement. Our teaching methods are customized to provide targeted support, ensuring steady progress and a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Through personalized guidance, continuous assessment, and adaptive teaching strategies, we help students achieve their full potential.
Can students get help with homework and exam preparation?
Yes, while our lessons are carefully pre-planned, we strongly encourage students to seek help whenever needed. We believe that active participation and asking questions are essential for deeper understanding and effective learning.
What happens if a student misses a class?
Classes missed for valid reasons will be rescheduled. However, if a student fails to attend the arranged make-up session, no additional make-up classes will be provided. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
How long will it take to receive a response to my enquiries?
Our goal is to respond to your inquiries within one to two working days. However, if there is a delay due to a high volume of inquiries, we appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to get back to you as soon as possible.
Is the tuition centre open on a Public Holiday?
We are closed on Public Holidays. If a lesson falls on a Public Holiday, the teachers will schedule a replacement class. However, if a student is unable to attend the replacement class, no additional make-up class will be provided.
